This is becoming more confusing and unrealistic. I should monitor my weight for more few days.
(I’m very sure the lost is water weight, it can’t be body weight)

And today I’m gonna workout, so I will consume carbs from dextrose. This should affect my weight a lot as well, so I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s weight in.
82 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 17 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
