I lost 0.2kg yesterday, even I ate 250g of sweet snacks, which full of carbs and sugar. 🤔

Ok I was wrong, maybe the weight I lost the day before was body weight too, not water weight.
82.8 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 17.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
