I have forgotten to write my weight and measurements yesterday.
On Saturday I drank soda with aspartame about 0.8l and missed my day tea. That was all.
And here are my weekly measurements
Weight 83.2kg Chest 89.5cm Stomach 90cm Waist 89.5cm Hips 97.5cm Neck 36cm
I’ve lost few 1-2 centimetres all parts, from calculator.net I have around 1% of body fat last week (from 18.9% to 17.8%).
For real I have no idea how to calculate body fat precisely, because my neck line is changing bit by bit. So even myself don’t believe that number much now.
And even without cheating a single bit, weight normally doesn’t go straight down.
That was all for last week’s progress.
