I don’t think that I did anything wrong. I’m pretty sure that because I didn’t urinate much yesterday, so today’s morning I gain some water weight.
By the way, I have just learned about “prolonged fasting”, fasting for 4-7 days straight. So I’m gonna do that next week. This weekend I will eat as much as I want, then stay hungry for whole week.
