Yesterday’s result came out. I think it goes low too fast. Yesterday I didn’t eat much because the menu wasn’t suited my taste. But still, I think the losing weight mush be water weight mostly.
And as today is Sunday, here are weakly measurements
Weight 86.5kg Chest 92cm Stomach 94cm Waist 92cm Hips 99.5cm Neck 38cm
I’m not sure much about stomach line that increased alone while other measurements went lower, maybe from my looser skin or anything.
I lost 0.5cm on chest and waist lines, few Cms for hips, and gained a bit on stomach line. After calculating on calculator.net I found that I lost around 0.5kg of fat during last week (from 17.4kg to 16.9kg) percentagely around 0.3% (from 19.9% to 19.6% body fat)
Last week’s result was a bit slower, but I think it’s still acceptable. So I will go with the old play for 1 more week then readjust the plan again.
