I was getting worried that my weight would be losing too fast, but yesterday’s result makes me relieved. And because I thought that 2 days ago I drank lesser water, so yesterday I drank more water, seems like I was correct that the losing weight was water weight.

I will stick with this plan (Atkins diet with fasting) for a month, and the first week is almost passed.

I have been eating as planned and the result came out pretty good for weight losing, but still, I’m not sure yet about the measurements and fat losing.

Tomorrow is gonna be weekly measurements as usual, so
87 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 22 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
