Hilarious. Up and down. I’ll be up tomorrow for sure. Leg day again after Tuesday’s session. I’m so over these 100 rep barbell squat sessions 😂😂😂

95 barbell squats with a variety of weights (bar to 105lb)
3 sets of walking pump lunges with a 20lb bar over my head
3 sets of leg curls with a 2sec pause at top
81.5 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I’m much more interested in “heavy” but like 5 reps at a time, 3 rounds 😆😆😆 Yeah I get my money’s worth, timed breaks and he pays attention to my every move and attempt to cheat... “Muscle Mike” loves his 100 rep stuff. My legs are getting stronger that’s for sure. 🥰🥰 Thank you for your kind words.

wow. you are sure working those abs. I keep saying I've got to start with weights. Every thing I read says that's the way to improve your health and stamina. 😎🙏😷

Holy crap! You do your leg routine- and I'll do mine! 😂 When you do the leg extensions with a pause at the top- point your toes outward for the pause. It's killer. Been doing drop sets without a break for those- burns so bad you have to jump off the machine and try to shake your legs.

Well- You are fucking amazing then because I'm not doing 100 reps of anything- except crunches but that's like 30 sets of 3. (pretend that equals 100) 😂

Yeah, I asked him like “who the fuck does 100 reps of anything?”. He said “we, do cuz we different”. Shit I don’t want to be different 😂 It always starts so innocent, until I realize he played me. His other fave is cable shoulder presses. 5 left, 5 right, 5 both, then 4 left, 4 right, 4 both. Down to zero. Second set is going up from 1 left, 1 right, 1 both. Last is 35 or as he says “let it rip”... I’m getting what I pay for...
