When you want a lot of food but one serving of rice and veggies is 400 kcal you split it in 3, cut in riced cauliflower and veggie crumbles 👊🏻
1/3 serving rice w veggies
1 serving rice cauliflower
2 serving griller crumbles
1/4 tbs olive oil

All under 400 kcal!! Didn’t feel like cooking today either and really wanted vegan pizza again. This was a better choice!!!
