Normally when in one day I lose 0.7kg, I will say that the lost is water weight, not fat weigh. But this time I’m not sure, because yesterday I drank so much water, more than enough, around 6 litres. It would be weight after drinking enough water then losing not gaining water weight.
Anyway, yesterday’s result says that 50g of pumpkin seeds is alright for Atkins diet. So I will continue eating pumpkin seeds daily.
