Yesterday I didn’t work out as planned. It should had been all upper body, but I could only do chest and back exercises.

So today is leg day, I will do arms and should shoulders replacing yesterday’s missing exercises too.

And the pumpkin seeds came yesterday, so today I will start having pumpkin seeds.
90.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 25.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
