For the last few weeks, my calories intake have been lesser than 1000 a day. At first I was losing weight, but the last few days, it just stopped dropping.
I work out doing cardio at least 40 min a day, 6 days a week and my diet food is salad, chicken breast, wrap, bread, canned tuna, egg and salmon. Once a blue moon I will add 15g of either mayonnaise or kewpie sesame sauce to my salad/wrap. Recently I have added japanese soba noodle to my diet but never eaten more than 45g of it.
Am I doing something wrong..can someone tell me why?
