After 2 dinners with high fat and carb, I still keep 58kg. Now I have to cut down the calories in my meal, and the no sugar added and less salty.
Exercises everyday: 1 day in gym center ( 60 -90 ms) - 1 day at home ( 15-20 ms) . Focus on burning fat in legs, hips...keep stomach tight and flat.
58 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
