昨天的吃吃喝喝真的不簡單,開心😃的吃、過量、高熱量🍰、高鈉、高醣、高油⋯,所以今天的體重記錄嚇到我了⋯⋯第一次單次飆這麼高,比出國誇張多了,這次真的有嚇到😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱
