yay getting back there. Now just need to find time to go to the gym.

Oh and last week the coffee shop was out of my favorite treat everytime I went, so I think that helped my habit a little. I feel less need for it :) I'm thinking about switching to tea still. That way I still get to take my little walk to the shop :)

I don't know what you do for a living but I find that if I know I wont have time for a work out after work, I just take one of my 15 minute breaks and go for a quick walk around the block, its not much but at least its something!
