Day 21 Ate my first active carb in 3 weeks. The new Myojo mala xiangguo dry noodles. Only dare eat slightly less then ½. Still, 50g of it is 203 kcal and 27g of Carb.

Active carb means carbs that I know and can clearly see their presence
Passive carb means carbs that I can’t see but exist in foods like bok choy cabbage.
I have been on passive carb and passive sugar for the past 21 days, usually kept under 11-15% of daily intake.
Lost 4.8kg and 3 inches. 💪🏻
