(小紅報到第二天、腰痠痛到走路都痛⋯這次小紅莫名很猛烈、昨天整個人不舒服痛到大部分都躺著啊⋯)
(今天中午才量體重⋯這個數值⋯哇噻⋯第一次看到自己體脂23.7⋯太神奇了!雖然量了兩次都一樣、但是⋯哈哈⋯不能相信啊⋯噗)
