- First day of conscious eating decisions made for the good of body instead of comfort of my emotions. Argh should have eaten a bowl of cereal had a TLC granola bar but it is doing n o t h i n g. hehe. Water isnt either. So tempted to get my morning scone. but that is going to be 10 points. *sigh*
+ at least I remembered to grab some snacky things that are semi healthy. Need some fruit but I am pretty broke, so need to make sure if I get fruit that I will eat it. Am going to try to get to the gym after I get home after seeing J tonight. And then yummy protein shake for desert even if it is after 7.
