幾乎減不下來了,吃的跟過去也都一樣,身上的脂肪,似乎也減的差不多,難道極限就在這裡?應該不會吧,不管如何,依然繼續努力就對了,當作是調整自己身上脂肪與肌肉的比例狀態,好好維持辛苦所得的身型,加油💪💪💪😭😭😭
