昨天喝喜酒吃到爆,體重不增反而減少0.1 !!🙄🙄🙄
那表示我可以大吃大喝嗎?
少來做人要認份一點
那是騙人的一切都是假象啦⋯

很難說喔,我也曾暴飲暴食隔天還平盤或⬇️啊,記得⬇️不少,不過很偶爾才有,可遇不可求,這裡很多人也是這樣,身體的奧秘不是我們能輕易猜透啊~~感謝老天就行了~~
