忘了說,我每天都喝3000cc以上的開水,時間分別是,起床刷完牙,喝500cc溫開水,早餐完300cc,10點喝600cc,午餐完300cc,3點600cc,晚餐完300cc,8點600cc😂😂😂喝水是一件很重要的事情✌️✌️✌️
