I hired a personal trainer and for the last 2 weeks I lost 2.5 pounds each weak. Yeah, up from my old 1 pound a week.
76.5 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
