雖然體重看起來似乎減輕~但是⋯是⋯肌肉被燒掉了🔥🔥噢no~~希望一切都是假象只是眼睛業障重🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️(肌肉變低、體脂變高⋯數字跳的好快呀)

沒關係,體脂率、肌肉量要看長期變化喔~,下個月再看看整體體脂率有沒有降,肌肉量有沒有提高。

@ruby~原來如此~~🤔突然鬆一口氣⋯哈哈⋯謝謝你!每天都在浮動上上下下⋯肌肉量也是差不多那樣、第一次突然降那麼低整個嚇一跳!一語驚醒夢中人😄~這樣一個月當基準來比較數值才比較好判斷到底增減多少吼~太棒了👍
