Ok, this is frustrating . . . I started c25k and gained a pound each week so far!! GGRRRRR that makes me angry, but I am hoping it's muscle and not fat.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

If you just started a new exercise program or changed to another one, your muscles get little tears when exercising and retain water. I can go on a long bike ride and gain 4 pounds the next day from sore muscles. It goes away as your muscles adjust to the training. Drink some extra water. You will start noticing a difference in your body and endurance soon. Everything takes time.
