어제 저녁을 안먹어서...식사패스하면 안되는데 운동을 시원하게 못하고 밀가루셥취가 좀 는듯싶으니...한번씩 공복을만들어주는게 편함. 뷔페를 너므사랑하는데...한번가면 그담날이 아니라 2~3일 여파가 있다ㅠ
