就是太多的碳水化合物會讓身體的水份滯留,排不出去,水份一多,體重也會上去啊,類似水腫,不過水份只是過眼雲煙,等水排掉、體重就下去了,而且水腫的時候,體脂量出來還會比較低咧~~
