昨晚10點多外出吃港飲.慶祝特別的日子.今早+0.5不算什麼🤣預計下週一正式恢復運動,整整休養了2個半月不能運動,雙腳踝腳傷都好了~YA~今晚下課要先來健走暖身暖身😘
