— MC第三天 —

天啊😱昨天下午拿MC當藉口,吃了2個巧克力派(草莓&起司)、一條77乳加-抹茶杏仁口味、一瓶大瓶的葡萄汁,晚上只吃一小碗的茄汁黃豆雞腿飯,睡前看電視貪嘴又吃了2小包的原味酥打餅,今早體重立馬增加0.5😱早知道不要量,另人難受😣比出國增加還多🤦🏻‍♀️今天開始要來輕食,免得卡住不降了😔
56.6 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
