今早量體重,又回來一點了~比飛出去前再少0.2~YA🎉
But...晚上下班後要直奔娘家看這陣子不在台灣期間托家人代為照顧的寶貝們,順便吃老媽煮的豐富晚餐🤤🤤🤤
56.1 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

體脂沒什變,一樣28%左右,沒增加耶😆

我本來以為會重個1-2公斤回來,結果只有回國當晚一回到家馬上量有達標增重外,這2天就慢慢降回來了😁開心😝
