Yes, I'm back!! Although I wasn't logging or journaling on the website, I still managed to maintain. However, it wasn't as easy! Therefore, I'm back to the site and the app!!!
86.2 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
