Steven Anthony's Journal, 11 May 18

Day 25 of my 90-day program was really great! I felt more normal throughout the day, except for some afternoon sleepiness. The weather was super warm which made the 4 mile walk very enjoyable. I am doing a little yard work (ok, I mean very little) each day, so things are appearing to my neighbors that at least I'm trying.

I need to buy some flowers for my pots that go in front of my storefront and house. I have been watching youtube for ideas, last year was not so great on the hanging baskets.

I hit my 2lbs goal for weight loss this week but just barely. I blame Crumbcake for eating too many jalapeno poppers, he made me worry so much, I even got up in the middle of the night to weigh myself. I noticed I was going to be fine, so I was able to sleep the rest of the night.

No amazing insights this week, just trying not to forget what I've learned so far and keep practicing better habits. My next 72-hour fast starts after breakfast. I'm enjoying the process although it seems long once I get to Sunday. Hope everyone here has a wonderful day and a successful weekend.

Nice loss! I have a Crumbcake too. Her name is TriXxY MiXxY. She gets me into some stuff when I let her get out of the No No chair, LoL- but she has also given me great memories too! Hope U enjoy your weekend. Be blessed & safe!

You are doing a great job!!! I LOVE To read your journal. 😊 I am still not able to do a 36- 48 hours fasting, 24 hour the longer I have gone 😐
