增肥超簡單;減肥好難喔😖一樣一公斤,往上只要一天放縱就達標;往下卻要花上1-2週,甚至一個月的努力才可以🤦🏻‍♀️

昨天全家排休,集體上山吃土雞大吃大喝.踏青,10菜1湯「土雞(整隻全雞)分2大盤;糖醋魚;鹹蛋筊白筍;高麗菜;炸香菇;三杯中卷;百合竹筍;薑絲炒大腸;小饅頭;炸冰淇淋;竹筍雞湯;配白飯.汽水.無糖綠茶」,下山繼續吃吃喝喝「50顆煎餃;10顆水餃;3杯酸辣湯;2杯玉米濃湯」,外加車上零食宜蘭蔥餅甜鹹各一片,今早體重果然崩盤😱😱😱

對啊減肥很辛苦,我覺得我這輩子都在減肥,雖然最胖在55公斤,但是每天都在控制卡路里

本來也不敢量,但老公叫我要誠實面對🤦🏻‍♀️前陣子外食多,腰圍肉又重新長出來了,雙腳也明顯水腫ㄧ些🤦🏻‍♀️減肥好辛苦喔😔

哈~我這幾日也是忙碌外食立馬體重飆新高85😱還好體脂還維持住42肌肉45🙄要不然我真的會抓狂.....😏
