連3降,雖然不多只有0.1,但就是開心😁✨💫

昨晚睡前躺在床上,簡單做左右腿抬腿動作和空中腳踏車.約略20分鐘.主要是暖暖筋,免得6週後恢復運動,筋到時候都僵硬了🤣🤣🤣
