4/29今天第一餐~餓😖
早上睡過頭來不及準備餐點,丟老公週末午餐自行外食,我趕著外出上課,還好會場有準備簡單的點心,隨手拿一個三明治&一杯紅豆湯先破碳止肌一下,晚餐再補回來🤦🏻‍♀️
