4/14晚餐-2人份:
晚上簡單炒一盤「蛋炒飯」給老公吃(我也有偷吃好幾口😝);另外熬一鍋「冰糖紅棗枸杞蓮子木耳湯」,喝一碗當我的主食,外面買實在太甜又太貴了,自己熬的料多實在又不甜😋
飯後水果:蘋果x2顆🍎🍎
