好丟臉😖以前腰受過重傷,只要久坐雙腳都會麻,上廁所後要出去,站起來左右手扶著試著要先抬右腿往前走,雙腳麻完全沒力,像跳芭蕾舞墊腳尖往前折,緊張左腳抬起也是,靠雙手撐著滑坐在地上大叫崩潰😭好丟臉😭

這個有神經學症狀建議去看神經內科,必須要做核磁共振來做診斷。事不宜遲。

好的🤢因腰傷已18年,之前只要坐著.腰都會痛,也有去醫學中心看骨科照X光,後來做復健電療1年半之久和練瑜珈,腰痛才沒再發生,只剩久坐雙腳易發麻這個老毛病困擾我,這次傷痛科的中醫師(有中西醫雙執照)說會順便幫我調。🤢
