2/22午餐-2人份:
早上炒三杯雞腿當中餐主食,另外再選幾樣素食蔬菜搭配吃😘

PS:最後吃不完的有:白飯x1,地瓜粥x1,我光喝完綠豆薏仁湯配蔬菜和三杯雞肉就好飽了,地瓜粥根本無法動🤦🏻‍♀️
