6/18 午餐
因為昨天晚餐只有「麵包、餅乾、飲料」所以早上起來量了一下血壓、血糖,呼,幸好還正常。😅😅
早餐:高纖蘇打、85度C拿鐵,止饑一下
午餐:壽喜燒吃到飽聚餐,今天牛肉21盤,蔬菜叫了4盤,健康一下🤣🤣🤣烏梅汁喝了三杯,今天好熱啊。
