5/4週末一天餐飲-2人份: 💁🏻♀️早午餐:和老公外出吃豬腳飯,繼昨晚和姐妹吃印度料理爆碳體重上升後,今天乖乖只吃2塊豬腳筋+1碗竹筍湯+燙地瓜葉1/2+滷白菜1/3,白飯2碗+滷蛋都推給老公吃😜 💁🏻♀️晚餐:幫老公煮一碗豬排貢丸蛋包麵,我只幫忙吃一顆貢丸+1顆蛋包+3口湯;另外買一塊炸雞排回家2人一起吃。
