3/19一天餐飲-今天有管好貪吃的嘴🤭
💁🏻‍♀️早餐:牛奶+溫泉蛋。
💁🏻‍♀️午餐:自助餐沒飯(炸雞腿+燙五花肉片+鹽水雞肉2塊+地瓜葉+龍鬚菜)+恐龍蛋水果1顆。
💁🏻‍♀️運動前晚餐:蓿苜芽捲1大個,配一罐分解茶。
