I am preparing for water fast today hopefully i can make it till 5 days-7days.

does water fast mean, you will just be drinking water, black coffee or tea? my life record is 5 days, but I just missed eating. I hv been listening to youtube about fasting. They all said prolonged fasting is not suitable for women. Are you sure you want to go through with that?

Yes I did before this one is my third X already. I do Water Fasting if my body feels something like signal about ketogenic .. Normally I just take Water no coffee That's alot benefit after that.

one should listen to your body, DON'T FORCE & NOT TOO EXTREME, we should feel comfortable with this lifestyle.

Yes You are right cotton That's day I was so bad craving alot of vegetables so can you imagine my carbs is above 32% a day. This is to bad for me I never had this before. That's why I go for Water fast and today is my third day..so far am oke didn't feel hungry at all.

carbs from veg is acceptable by Dr Berg, we need enough veg for digestions, if u really have to fast, do EGG FAST
