9/8今天休息-週末早午餐-2人份:
繼續昨晚的咖哩雞飯😋
這餐只加熱咖哩雞醬1100g-2人分,剩下咖哩雞醬分裝2盒放入冰箱冷藏😊另外煎2顆荷包蛋,一塊60g的鮭魚;飯後水果-芭樂;另外我再喝一杯200cc無糖優酪乳(有加一包6g膠原蛋白粉);老公飯前有先喝他的米漿。
