早餐-五穀雜糧低糖饅頭(右下)
午餐-牛肉麵、燙青菜(地瓜葉)、豆乾 滷蛋
(噢⋯女兒最近住院⋯24h一起住在醫院裡⋯吃的只能以方便、就近快速的來買、頂多只能在這些條件裡⋯盡量健康為主啦!加油加油~)
