I have followed the Low-carb and Low-fat diet since the beginning of August. I can estimate that I eat about 800~1200 calories every day. Beside the diet, I also send 10~15 minutes a day for jogging or belly lessons .

How well is that working for you? I'm doing a low carb, high fat and protein diet, and averaging 900 or so calories and not doing too much exercise due to a leg problem, and it seems to be working pretty well, but I'm wondering how I should tweak my fat/protein ratio for best loss results. I haven't yet taken the time to run a regression analysis on my data points to see if there's a correlation I can use, but keep meaning to.

I use a food scale to know exactly what I consume every day! With the ratio 2:2:1 for Fat:Prot:Carb I think it's good for me. I don't like High fat diet so I try to make it harmony with protein and high fiber diet. Sometimes I change a little bit because my favor foods are sweet things.
