7/11晚餐-2人份:
晚上50分鐘拳擊有氧上完,中間空擋我先外出吃了今天的第二根香蕉🍌,以及點了一碗牛肉湯來喝,MC來需要補點鐵,等休息完再折回去上今天的飛輪課😘運動完,回家簡單烤個香魚,我吃一條,配最後一杯350cc無糖豆漿;老公香魚吃2條,配一杯低脂牛奶🥛😋
