Todays workout consisted of:
1) 2.5 Mile Run (Outdoors) W/ Weighted Vest and Sauna Suit
*Running outside up hills is alot dfferent than running on the treadmill.
2) Lifted for 1.5 Hours, Lift focused on "Back and Shoulder"
3) Played Basketball for 45 minutes, Fullcourt " Great Run at gym this morning"

Love my wife to death, but she is a Diet Killer...Constant trying to get me to eat stuff I shouldnt, She just said " Hey you want some Chinese food"...Im like "Really" You know Singapore rice noodles are my favorite...
