Day thirteen of my 90 day program was a very restful fast day. I felt pretty good all day, no headaches. I will not weigh until Friday because of water weight. I am listening to Dr. Ana Maria Cuervo on autophagy, I found the teaching on youtube. Some of the studies she has done (published and peer reviewed) are so interesting.
