我用的食材如下: 蝦-去腸切丁-米酒.鹽先醃ㄧ下 透抽-切丁-米酒.鹽先醃ㄧ下 韓式泡菜-切小塊 高麗菜切絲 紅蘿蔔切絲 洋蔥-切丁 麵粉+水+雞蛋+少許鹽和胡椒調味-打到有黏著狀,要煎酥的話雞蛋可多加喔!! Ps:以上全部加在ㄧ起攪拌備料即完成喔!多的可用保鮮盒裝起來放冰箱下次煎喔😊
