Merry Christmas! Woke at 220.0, up 4.4 from yesterday. HEAVY day of eating yesterday but had a great time with my family and friends. Have a wonderful day! UPDATE: Ate a ton of goodies today, including cinnamon rolls, sugar cookies, chocolate covered peanuts, and caramel corn. Truly amazing carb count, but just think of all the years I ate this stuff without thinking about it. About six days left in the month to right the ship. Had a great time, though.
