I went cycling a bit yesterday, seems like I lost a lot of water weight because of that.
What I ate yesterday - sweet potato 950g - pumpkin 700g - papaya salad (has sugar syrup in it)
Overall I had around 1000cal carb ~90% protein ~7% fat ~3%
Today I will have the same meal as yesterday but with guava and mango as snack.
