Yesterday it turned out I ate around 2000cal or a bit more than that, seaweed and a bit of things I couldn’t calculate the calories.
So to solve the problem like yesterday, today I will go with different strategy, that I won’t eat big meal, I will eat small meal throughout the day instead and I will set the meal ahead.
This strategy is totally opposite from what I planned last week, fasting. Last weekend fortunately I got some discounted pineapples, so I bought them to eat daily, so I can’t do prolong fasting this week.
Anyway, fasting doesn’t matter, what matters is calories.
